Minor variations in stitching, placement, texture, pattern, or finishing may occur between individual pieces.

These variations can form part of the garment’s individual character and are not automatically considered defects.

Genuine faults, damage, or significant differences from the product description will be handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable consumer law.

We will never request your full card security code, banking password, or payment-account password.

Tracking may require several business days to show its first update.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

LOENOO is not responsible for avoidable delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbours, the delivery location, and the carrier before contacting us.

We will assist with reasonable carrier enquiries, but the outcome of a carrier investigation may depend on the information and evidence available.

15 | RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Eligible change-of-mind or sizing return requests must be submitted within the stated return period.
